How products are listed
- Each product states variety, planting purpose, pack size or count, and the price shown at checkout.
- Photographs show typical foil-packet appearance; seed colour and size can vary slightly within the same grade.
- When a variety runs out we may pause that listing until new stock reaches the Rishra packing desk.
Payment and order checks
- Email verification is required before an order is accepted.
- UPI prepaid and Cash on Delivery are available on serviceable PIN codes. Any COD handling fee of ₹49 appears on the Review and pay summary before you confirm your order.
- Line-item tax treatment is shown on product and checkout screens.
Intended use
Packets are sold for lawful agricultural sowing in India. You are responsible for local cultivation rules and for providing an address where a courier can complete delivery during desk hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
Limits of liability
MoonHigh Nursery is not liable for courier stoppages, severe weather holds, or failed handovers caused by unreachable buyers. Germination after delivery depends on soil, climate, water, and grower practice beyond our packing control.

These buying terms follow the laws of India. Disputes arising from purchases on this site are subject to the competent courts at Rishra, West Bengal.
