Before the order ships
You may request cancellation from Find my order while the order still shows as awaiting dispatch. Once the packet is packed and handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer available — use Returns & refunds for post-delivery issues.
How to cancel
- Open Find my order with order ID and account email.
- Submit a cancel request stating the reason.
- We confirm by email when the order is voided.
Refunds after cancel
Prepaid amounts for cancelled-before-dispatch orders return on the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days after confirmation. COD orders cancelled in time simply do not ship.
Our right to void
MoonHigh Nursery may cancel an order for suspected fraud, stock failure after confirmation, or PIN codes that partners cannot service. Prepaid buyers receive a full refund in those cases.
