04 · How we deliver

How we pack the order

Seeds ship in moisture-safe foil sachets, then in a protective outer pack sized for courier handling across India from 81/A.

Dispatch timing

  • Orders confirmed on a working day before 2:00 PM IST usually leave the same day when stock is available.
  • Weekend and holiday orders queue for the next working day.
  • Serviceability follows partner PIN coverage; unreachable or restricted PIN codes may be declined at Review and pay.

Shipping fees

  • Prepaid (UPI) shipping: free on eligible orders.
  • Cash on Delivery: ₹49 handling fee shown on Review and pay before you confirm.

Tracking

Once an airway bill is assigned, use Find my order with your order ID and email. Carrier ETA windows are estimates and can stretch during peak seasons or weather holds.

Failed delivery

If a courier marks the buyer unreachable after reasonable attempts, the parcel may return to the Rishra packing desk. Re-dispatch may require a fresh shipping charge; write to support promptly with a corrected address.
